4.Международный фестиваль народного танца ,GİRESUN (ŞEBİNKARAHİSAR) ,возраст от 15 до 35 лет,группа до 40 человек ( в т.ч. не более 10 руководит,музыкантов).Встреча в аэропорту г.Сивас

                                  CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL:

1- The members of the Folk Dance Groups should be between 15-35 ages.

2- The members of the administrators, musicians, and the driver can not be more than 10 persons. The total Groups can be 30-40 persons at most.

  3-Dance shows can be played CDs; but, live music would be accepted. Repertoires should be prepared   for 3, 5, 10, 15 minutes.

4- Dancers' show will be played both in open and in door.

5- Folk dance groups are supposed to bring to their national flags. Moreover, they are supposed to

bring photographs CDs, posters, to presents of their own groups.

6- At the delegation visits (Governor, Mayer, etc.) gifts will be given reciprocally; so the groups may bring a lot of presents.(AT LEAST 5 PERESENTS)

7- The rules of the festival can not be broken; the groups obey the festival rules or those who display unexceptional behaviours that supposed to turn back their countries.

            THE UNDERTAKINGS OF THE FESTIVAL ARRANGEMENT Committee

1- The groups will stay at the University Dormitories.

     They will not spend extra money of food expenses.

2- Each group buses will be given (at least 200 litres oil) when their returns.

3- Programmes will be held and the participants will be introduced to the local media.

4- in their spare times, participants may walk around the city and shopping; they may go to picnic.
